Founded in 1998 by skateboard legend Chris Miller, Adio  stands as one of the most highly respected in the industry.
Miller, known for his fluid skate style and artistic flair, turned pro in 1986 and went on to create the skateboard company, Planet Earth.
Planet Earth, which started out on good faith and a $15,000 loan, reached sales of nearly 3 million in 1997.

 In 2006 the company along with South Shore Distribution raised over $83,000 For The “Make A Wish “Foundation through their 10th Annual Texas Skate Jam.
A true high point of the evening was the donation of a check for $5800 from 2005 Texas Skate Jam Wish Kid Johnny Romano to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. On January the 8th 2008  pro rider Tony Hawk was featured on “The Daily Habit”, a half-hour show which features today's top action sports athletes along with musicians, comedy and state of the art products. Tony Hawk has been a huge help in getting skate parks started for low income communities through The Tony Hawk Foundation.

In our spotlight we feature the awesome technical Optimus shoe! If you are looking for something that you can dish out punishment to while still looking great check the Optimus series out.
